Novedades del sitio

Lo que se ha puesto en marcha, semana a semana, desde el inicio del sitio. Una nueva entrada cada lunes sobre la semana anterior.

Las entradas se publican en francés y en inglés; aquí se muestra la versión en inglés.

  1. Medical scores and classifications

    • New “Scores and classifications” section: nearly 800 scores, classifications, scales and decision rules, from anaesthesia to paediatrics, each checked twice against its published sources.
    • All scores are open to every registered member, free account included; those whose validation by a physician is in progress are flagged.
    • Search by name or acronym (with or without hyphen), filters by specialty and type, and favourite scores.
    • Each score states its population, thresholds and references; formulas are checked against worked examples.
  2. A simpler welcome and stronger backups

    • Member area: a guided first step, with three guidelines from your specialty to start with.
    • Sign-up: country of practice.
    • RSS feed of new guidelines (/flux.xml).
    • Lighter public pages and a collapsed catalogue for faster reading.
    • Daily encrypted backup, with a copy kept separately.

    • Guideline translations offered only when their authors have allowed it, with a clear notice; the French version prevails.
    • Two-factor authentication required for the team.
  4. Specialty pages and faster pages

    • Specialty landing pages in the public catalogue.
    • Public page for each guideline: scope, table of contents and date of the last check of the source link.

    • Research assistant (beta), quoting exact excerpts from the guidelines and giving no medical advice.
    • “Our approach” page and a call for physician reviewers.
    • App installable on the phone home screen; stronger security (team two-factor authentication, protection against bulk extraction).
