Réhabilitation améliorée après lobectomie pulmonaire de l'adulte : parcours en centre à haut volume, préhabilitation (dénutrition, tabac, prévention de la fibrillation atriale), ventilation unipulmonaire protectrice, apports liquidiens titrés, bloc paravertébral, thoracoscopie privilégiée, drain unique retiré rapidement, pas de VNI préventive systématique, mobilisation précoce et kinésithérapie. 32 recommandations GRADE.
